SHIPPING POLICY

Before we get into the details, we just want to say thank you. Elsie Rae & Co is a small, family-run brand, and every order is packed by hand. Your support helps us continue creating and sharing the things we love — we couldn’t do this without you.

Shipping Details

• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.
• Shipping rates for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
• We ship using USPS and UPS, and you can choose the option that fits you best.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier.

Delivery Issues

Each order is shipped with up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS or UPS.
Elsie Rae & Co is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, you can file a claim directly with USPS or UPS using your tracking number.

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified — but if something urgent comes up, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help if possible. Some exceptions may apply at our discretion. 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Elsie Rae & Co is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
